Tallahassee Community College’s Career Center, in conjunction with Leading Edge Networking, continues its TCC Lunch and Learn Series on Tuesday, March 2.

TCC students, faculty, staff and alumni, as well as the Tallahassee community, are invited to attend Tuesday’s event, scheduled for 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Room 189 of the Student Union.

TCC’s Career Center launched this innovative workshop series in October, providing a monthly opportunity to learn from and network with professional experts in a variety of career fields.

The topic for March’s workshop is “Career Exploration: Where are the JOBS and How Do I Get Them?” Panel guests for Tuesday’s event will include: Carol Easley, Director, TCC Workforce & Continuing Ed Operations; Gloria Ford, Entrepreneur; Dorothy Inman-Johnson, Executive Director, Capital Area Community Action Agency, Inc., and Beverly Smith, Program Coordinator for IT, TCC Workforce & Continuing Ed Operations.

According to TCC Career Center Director Catie Goodman, workshop attendance has increased with each event since the October debut.

Attendees are welcome to bring their own lunch, however, free pizza will be served to the first 100 guests.

Those interested in attending are asked to RSVP to Catie Goodman, goodmanc@tcc.fl.edu, or Dennis Florence, yourgifts123@yahoo.com.
